The main feature of the centralized database is to guarantee participating sector operators, a “shield” against fraud that may be
perpetrated through the request for advance credit, using the same title simultaneously with multiple IdCs.
The idea is that of a container shared between the IdCs, in which to converge the requests for advance payments on issued invoices. Through procedural constraints appropriately designed, the user who uses the system is always informed about the status of the invoice of your interest, with respect to the request advance by the creditor.
